Overview

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of subscription plans and orders on https://chowthansoftwaretechnologies.com ("Platform"), operated by Chowthan Traders Private Limited under the brand name Chowthan Software Technologies.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your active subscription plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your plan benefits (daily, weekly, and monthly download limits) will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends.
• Previously downloaded files will remain accessible in your download history.
• No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused days within the current billing cycle.

2. Order Cancellation

Since all products on the Platform are digital goods delivered electronically and instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been generated or the product has been accessed. Cancellation requests are only accepted in the following cases:

• The payment was processed but the download link was not generated due to a technical error.
• A duplicate order was placed due to a payment gateway issue.
• The order was placed without authorization (subject to verification).

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order through the Platform support system.

3. Vendor Cancellation

Vendors may cancel their account and stop listing products at any time by providing written notice through the Platform. Upon vendor account cancellation:

• All active product listings will be deactivated immediately.
• Pending settlements will be processed after deducting applicable commissions, taxes (GST/TCS), and any outstanding chargebacks or refund obligations.
• Settlement processing may take up to 30 business days after the cancellation date.
• The vendor must ensure all customer obligations (support, warranties) are fulfilled before cancellation.

4. Auto-Renewal Cancellation

Subscription plans auto-renew by default. To prevent auto-renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date. If the renewal charge has already been processed, it will be treated as a new billing cycle and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription or request an order cancellation:

• Log in to your account and navigate to Settings > Subscription Management.
• Click "Cancel Subscription" or submit a cancellation request through the support ticket system.
• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation.

6. Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
