This Download Policy governs the purchase, download, and use of digital goods available on https://chowthansoftwaretechnologies.com ("Platform"), operated by Chowthan Traders Private Limited under the brand name Chowthan Software Technologies. By downloading any product from the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All products on the Platform are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment or subscription-based access, download links are made available instantly through your account dashboard. The Company is not responsible for download failures caused by your internet connection, browser, or device limitations.
Download limits are determined by your active subscription plan. Each plan specifies daily, weekly, and monthly download limits. Exceeding these limits will require a plan upgrade or waiting until the next billing cycle. Free products may have separate download limits.
Each download grants you a license as specified by the Vendor in the product listing. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, downloads are for personal or single-project use. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of downloaded files is strictly prohibited unless the product license expressly permits it.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase through the Platform's support system. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension. We encourage resolving disputes through the Platform's support channels before initiating external dispute processes.
Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, functionality, accuracy, and legality of their listed products. The Company acts as a ecommerce intermediary and does not test, verify, or endorse individual products. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, ratings, and reviews before purchasing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle. Previously downloaded files remain accessible in your download history.
Product updates are provided at the discretion of the Vendor. Support for individual products is the Vendor's responsibility. The Platform provides a communication channel between Customers and Vendors for support requests. The Company does not guarantee response times from Vendors.
This Download Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
